This role will be instrumental in executing equity-related capital markets activity, supporting investor engagement, and partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.The ideal candidate brings strong experience from an investment banking background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help build and scale best-in-class capital markets and investor relations processes.In This Role You WillSupport CoreWeave’s equity capital markets activities, including public equity offerings, convertibles, and PIPE transactionsPartner closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (banks, legal counsel, auditors) throughout equity capital raisesSupport ongoing engagement with sell-side and buy-side analysts, including preparation of key messaging, materials, coordination of meetings, regular direct dialogue, and follow-upsOwn and manage the corporate access calendar, including investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and non-deal roadshowsPlay a key role in the quarterly earnings process,...
