Data Conversion Specialist (suits Accounting Graduates)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Conversions Accountant Specialist to support our clients as they transition to BGL’s industry-leading cloud products, ensuring a smooth, secure, and successful onboarding experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in accounting who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working directly with clients. If you’re someone who values accuracy, loves digging into data, and wants to make a difference in client experiences, this role is for you.

This role is based out of our office in Clark and requires flexible availability to successfully support our global operations.

(This role is known as a Junior Conversions Accountant Specialist role internally.)

What you'll be doing:

• Support clients through smooth, secure, and accurate data migrations to BGL’s cloud products, making the onboarding process feel seamless and stress-free.
• Partner with the Client Success and internal teams to identify and resolve data issues, while helping improve our onboarding experience.
• Use your accounting knowledge to troubleshoot problems, ensure compliance, and protect sensitive client data at all times.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrive in a role that values accuracy, teamwork, and growth—ideal for someone with an accounting background (or a degree), strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a client-facing, tech-focused environment.

What we're looking for:

• Background in Accounting or a related degree (preferred)
• Experience with BGL Simple Fund 360 or SMSF software is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with clients and teams
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently
• Familiarity with BGL products or experience in data migration is a plus.
