**Introduction**
The SAP Security Consultant will be responsible for managing security administration, role-based permissions, compliance controls, and user provisioning activities across the SAP Employee Central Payroll landscape. **Your role and responsibilities**
* Administer SAP security and authorization activities for ECP systems.
* Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) within Payroll Control Center (PCC).
* Support user provisioning, access requests, role assignments, and user maintenance.
* Configure and maintain EC PTP user IDs and payroll-related access controls.
* Perform security validations during system refreshes and support pack implementations.
* Support audit requests and compliance reviews.
* Troubleshoot authorization-related issues impacting payroll processing.
* Coordinate with business stakeholders to define access requirements.
* Maintain security documentation and authorization matrices.
* Support emergency access and privileged user management processes.
* Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Security and Authorization experience.
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
* Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
* Experience supporting payroll-related security processes.
* Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, user administration, and access governance.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Experience supporting US and Canada payroll operations.
* Exposure to audit and compliance requirements.
* Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central security architecture.
