Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a comprehensive enablement function that drives consistent GTM performance across teams.
• Design and implement structured 30/60/90-day onboarding programs tailored to different GTM roles, including technical certifications aligned with customer use cases.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve enablement assets such as playbooks, talk tracks, sales scripts, training materials, and presentation templates.
• Own the internal GTM knowledge ecosystem, including competitive intelligence, product updates, and training across tools and systems.
• Partner closely with Product and GTM leadership to ensure readiness and alignment ahead of product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate messaging into field-ready battle cards, training, and adoption programs.
• Establish a structured field feedback loop to capture objections, blockers, and performance gaps, feeding insights back into the organization.
• Run ongoing coaching cadences, track enablement impact, and manage regular content refresh cycles including quarterly and annual updates.
Requirements:
We are looking for a seasoned enablement professional with strong GTM and technical credibility in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or closely related GTM roles within SaaS organizations.
• Proven ability to effectively train and enable teams on technical products across Sales, Customer Success, and Support functions.
• Demonstrated success in building end-to-end learning paths, onboarding programs, and scalable enablement frameworks.
• Strong understanding of pre-sales and/or post-sales motions such as discovery, demos, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Highly data-driven, collaborative, and structured in approach to measuring enablement impact.
• Experience in cybersecurity or MSP environments is a strong plus.
