Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Specialist

How you create impact
You will be joining our Operational Key Account team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management + sea transportation management solutions.
Your primary objective is to execute our business strategy by minimizing operational risk + operating costs whilst optimizing service delivery and profits across the region.

You will do this in close collaboration with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
- To build, empower + inspire a high performing team.
- To develop + maintain strong, trust based relationships with the client + internal stakeholders.
- To enable team to deliver against operational commitments + development plans.
- To ensure audit program governance + maturity while ensuring improvement plans are documented + delivered against.
- To proactively participate in business reviews + ensure supply chain value roadmaps create mutual value.
- To drive standardization and scalability of operational processes + control environments.
- To translate structural/recurring issues + risks into functional requirement specifications for the development of new systems, processes, controls, training, policies + facilities.
- To act as support to projects + initiatives relating to improving customer acquisition, implementations + product/system development.
