Accountabilities:
- Build and manage a strong new business pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM data, deal hygiene, and reliable sales forecasts.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with IT, security, and procurement stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop compelling solutions.
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles ranging from 60 to 90 days, building relationships across buying committees.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-based proposals that connect customer needs with measurable business outcomes.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into sales workflows, including qualification, deal analysis, and objection preparation, to improve decision-making and efficiency.
- Collaborate with SDR, marketing, and partnership teams to generate pipeline and strengthen go-to-market strategies.
- Share insights, successes, and learnings with the sales team to continuously improve processes and best practices.
- Participate in deal reviews, performance analysis, and collaborative initiatives to support collective team growth.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with a proven history of achieving sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to uncover customer challenges and build persuasive business cases.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving IT, security, procurement, or technical decision-makers.
- Strong CRM discipline, preferably with experience using HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily sales activities, including qualification, research, deal analysis, and preparation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes while maintaining focus on revenue objectives.
- Experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or related technology ecosystems is an asset.
- Previous experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment where you contributed to building sales processes and playbooks is a plus.
- Base salary range of $75K–$90K CAD with a compensation structure including 60% base salary and 40% variable compensation.
- On-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $125K–$150K CAD.
