The Opportunity

As a Client Strategy Manager - Pharma, Life, Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and capture new business opportunities. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team, fostering a culture of quality and innovation. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Your role will involve articulating our purpose and values with integrity and authenticity, while embracing technology to enhance delivery.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to confirm needs are met and provide exceptional service
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities and promote the firm's services
- Managing accounts and employing effective strategies to build trust and loyalty with clients
- Leading teams in planning, budgeting, and executing projects to meet organizational targets
- Analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvement and business growth
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team adoption
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in CRM Software and Digital Analytics
- Excelling in Client Management and Customer Relationship Management

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
