This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description:

Multiple Opportunities Available

What is the opportunity?

Join a high-impact Finance team that supports how the Bank plans, measures performance, and makes key financial decisions.

You will work closely with senior leaders across Finance and the business to deliver insights that support the CFO and Senior Executive Team.

The roles sit within Enterprise Decision Support (EDS), a team delivering two core mandates:

  • Enterprise Planning and Forecasting

  • Management Reporting and Performance Analytics

What will you do?

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to support executive decision making on performance, costs, and enterprise priorities

  • Translate complex financial data into practical insights for senior stakeholders

  • Partner across Finance, Strategy and the business to support enterprise planning and reporting

Enterprise Planning and Forecasting

  • Facilitate the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes

  • Drive development of the financial strategy and forward outlook, including Enterprise targets

  • Deliver scenario analysis on key risks and strategic opportunities impacting future performance

Management Reporting and Performance Analytics

  • Support enterprise reporting, including total bank results and expense analysis

  • Contribute to earnings materials and executive briefings

  • Provide insights on performance drivers and deliver benchmarking across segments

What do you bring?

  • 10+ years relevant experience preferred

  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, or corporate finance

  • Ability to turn complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior leaders

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or analytical field

  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or advanced degree in Analytics or Data Science considered an asset

Work activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week. Colleagues may spend more or less days in office as required by the business line.
