Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with identity and access management experience. This engineer have UI expertise and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud. You will help develop and maintain customer, distributor, and supplier-facing digital platforms at Rockwell Automation.

You will help modernize and scale digital experiences including product catalogs, technical documentation portals, self-service tools, and B2B eCommerce capabilities. We ask that you have collaboration with customer experience, digital experience, Sales Operations, and IT teams to deliver reliable, secure, and performance-driven web applications.

You will report to Identity and Access Management Technical Leader

Main Responsibilities

· Experience with IAM concepts around Authentication, Authorization, Federation, multi factor authentication (MFA) and policy-based access models

· Develop full stack web applications supporting customer and distributor portals

· Integrate IAM solutions like Okta, Auth0, Azure AD with applications supporting login, access, authentication, and attribute based authorization models

· Build responsive, accessible UI components optimized for complex product catalogs and technical content

· Implement and customize solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

· Integrate personalization and segmentation strategies using Adobe Target

· Support analytics implementation by Adobe Analytics

· Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for ERP, CRM, Customer Master, and product registration systems

· Collaborate with UX designers to implement design systems across digital properties

· Participate in CI/CD processes and Azure cloud container deployments

· Follow secure coding practices aligned with enterprise IT standards.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Education: Bachelor's degree.

• English advanced

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

· 5–7 years of full stack development experience

· Front-end expertise:

· React, Angular, or Vue

· JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

· HTML5, CSS3

· Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or Cloud Service)

· Understanding of AEM components, templates, Sling Models, and content fragments

· Backend experience with Next.js, Node.js or Java (Spring Boot preferred)

· Integrating enterprise security platforms providing support for MFA, password-less, identity governance and secure GenAI

· Familiarity with API security, authentication, and role-based access control

· Azure Cloud knowledge

· Working in Agile environments

· Adobe Experience Platform

· Exposure to customer experience implementations

· Familiarity with customer/distributor portal architectures

· Implementing search solutions

· Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices
