We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled BI Analyst, Sales to drive business outcomes across our sales organization. In this role, you will lead and shape success through high-impact sales analytics initiatives that align with business objectives. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, setting analytics standards of excellence and guiding data-informed decisions. The role sits under our Finance team which bridges the gap between business intelligence and broader business decisions. Through our partnership with business leaders, we are able to drive key insights to shape decisions for short and long-term success and growth.

What You Will Own
Critical Early Wins (Pipeline & Customer Profiling): You will establish the current state of our Mid-Market pipeline and identify ideal customer profiles to drive location and product expansion across active locations.
Sales Analytics Leadership: You will lead the analytics for major sections of our business, specifically our Mid-Market groups, Upsells, and Partnerships.
Standardized Reporting Excellence: You will build, deliver, and standardize intermediate reporting based on updated business processes, providing descriptive analytics that clearly explain what has happened.
Customer Growth & Product Performance: You will analyze product performance to understand what drives adoption and retention, directly influencing the growth and success of our existing customer base.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with your immediate team and 1-2 key business stakeholders. You will make decisions within your defined scope, proactively communicate findings in a structured, concise, and data-driven approach, and seek guidance on complex issues.
Strategic Contribution: You will work with leadership to prioritize projects and recommend continuous improvements to our overall team analytics strategy.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
Professional Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years of related analytics experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Advanced Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL and Excel skills. You are proficient in an enterprise visualization tool (Sigma preferred) and have experience navigating Snowflake, Google Suite, Jira, and modern AI tools.
CRM & Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience working within Salesforce to analyze pipeline and customer data.
Domain & Analytical Expertise: Developing business domain knowledge with a strong understanding of key business drivers and basic statistical principles.
Communication & Storytelling: You are developing strong data storytelling and presentation skills, capable of translating data into concise insights for your business stakeholders. You are deeply passionate and self-driven.
