Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a structured business development strategy for government and military markets across EMEA, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders within defense, EMS, and public sector healthcare systems.
- Achieve sales targets while managing pipeline activity, forecasting accuracy, and expense control through disciplined commercial execution.
- Lead and manage RFIs, tenders, quotations, and complex procurement processes within international government and military frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align strategies, share best practices, and ensure coordinated engagement across NATO and allied markets.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and structured sales activity tracking.
- Develop annual business plans for government and military segments, with regular performance reviews and strategic updates.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, ethical, and industry standards in all commercial activities.
- 2–3+ years of field sales experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or capital equipment sales.
- Military, EMS, or clinical background (e.g., paramedic, nurse, combat medic) strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working with distribution or channel partner networks in complex sales environments.
- Strong understanding of government or military procurement processes, ideally within international or NATO-related frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in autonomous, high-performance environments.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for pipeline and account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in both public and defense sectors.
- Fluent in English; Italian and/or French is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Southern and Mediterranean Europe (up to ~70%).
- Competitive base salary (€65,000–€80,000) with performance-based bonus
