Ecorobotix is transforming agriculture with ultra-high precision AI-driven spot spraying. Our ARA sprayer uses Plant-by-Plant™ technology to treat only what needs treating — reducing chemical use by up to 95% while protecting yield and grower profitability.We’re rapidly scaling our North American operations and hiring a Regional Crop Care Manager for the North Central territory (North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois). This is a boots-on-the-ground role reporting to the North American Crop Care Manager. You will be the technical expert proving the value of ARA technology directly in commercial fields across the region.The RoleYou will own the success of ARA across the North Central territory. This includes running agronomic field trials, validating performance under local conditions, collecting and interpreting data, deploying the ARA for demos and training, and serving as the key technical bridge between our technology and commercial growers and dealers.This is a high-impact, field-heavy role for someone who enjoys being in the dirt — planning and executing trials, scouting, troubleshooting in real time, and translating results into clear agronomic and financial recommendations that drive adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and evaluate agronomic field trials across row crops and high-value production systemsValidate algorithm performance in local field conditions and provide actionable feedback to product and R&D teamsDeploy and operate the ARA sprayer for field tests, demos, and grower/dealer trainingBuild and maintain strong relationships with growers, dealers, and university extension partnersProvide technical crop protection support and back sales efforts with credible, data-driven insightsCollect high-quality field data, scout in-season, and deliver...
