Role responsibilities

The Program Management Director will lead the Business Enablement portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and driving execution excellence across global markets. This role includes overseeing program orchestration, governance structures, and delivering high-quality execution of initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in program or portfolio leadership within a global, matrixed team, preferably in consumer-focused medical or software products. Strong cross-functional experience and knowledge of regulations related to medical devices are preferred.
