Accountabilities:
- Accurately enter received financing documents into internal systems for processing and review.
- Evaluate loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Monitor electronic signature queues, resend signature requests, and follow up on document-related issues.
- Communicate documentation requirements, processing updates, and funding-related information to dealer partners.
- Provide guidance and training to dealers regarding program procedures, document completion, and application statuses.
- Assist internal teams with funding questions and documentation-related requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes within required systems according to established procedures.
- Review processing statuses to identify missing information and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work standards.
- High school diploma or GED completed or currently in progress.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents accurately and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset and willingness to support partners with a positive attitude.
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents, procedures, and guidelines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
