Skills and CompetenciesExcellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationshipsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProactive and responsive problem-solver with strong judgment and a customer-service-oriented mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is highly desirableProficiency in additional APAC languages such as Chinese or Japanese would be an advantageEducationBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, management, paralegal studies, or a related field1-5 years of related experience in contract management, sales support, business operations, procurement, finance, or a legal-related field, preferably within the finance or sales industriesResponsibilitiesOversee the complete contract lifecycle, supporting a dedicated sales team by managing the contracting process from initiation to completionAct as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution for new business and renewalsParticipate in regular sales pipeline reviews to advise on effective commercial approaches and proactively address potential contractual risksAnalyze account data, license parameters, and contract terms to assist the sales team with pricing proposals, cross-selling, and renewalsIndependently draft sales contracts in compliance with internal policies, creating solutions that balance company and client needsMaintain accurate client data and key transaction details within CRM and other relevant systems to ensure consistency throughout the sales cycleReview and validate executed contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and confirm all required information is documented correctlyLead collaboration with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to review and resolve complex contract issuesAbout the teamOur global Sales Operations & Strategy team is responsible for managing the entire contracting process from initiation to completion.
