Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and inspections on deployed equipment at Ports of Entry and diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. They will also install new equipment according to specifications and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience as a Field Service Technician. Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools.
