Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleAs a Frontend Strategy & Operations Excellence IGP, you will develop a holistic understanding of Frontend manufacturing by contributing to strategic, operational, and technical initiatives across the FE organization. You will join cross-functional performance improvements and learn how to translate strategy into execution while effectively engaging stakeholders from shop floor to board level.Your program consists of the following elements:Strategic assignment, providing exposure to executive decision-making and business steeringOperational assignment, focusing on fab performance and operational excellenceTechnical assignment, building domain expertise and understanding of the technological drivers of manufacturing successSupport strategic frontend optimization initiatives by leveraging AI and digital expertiseHelp translate complex technical and strategic insights into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skillsContribute to continuous improvement within an international setting, bringing a fresh perspectiveYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedYou are curious and interested in a broad range of topics.
