Our Engineering Development Program (EDP) is an accelerated training program for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today’s fast-paced Supply Chain environment in the field of engineering. We will enhance your Supply Chain skill set by providing exposure to our various facets of Supply Chain and experienced leaders within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization at both the corporate and plant level.
This is a fast-paced educational journey that is structured for approximately 36 months. Availability of roles and locations will be based on business needs.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Lead engineering startup, project readiness, and Early Management processes to support the successful implementation of capital and non-capital projects across manufacturing operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, risk mitigation, startup excellence, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as a technical resource for engineering workflow processes, project management, commissioning and qualification activities, and operational readiness
- Support sustainable business growth and manufacturing excellence through effective project delivery and operational readiness planning
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, biological, electrical) or a related field completed by June 2027
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular experiences
- Interest in building a long-term career within Supply Chain
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program based on business needs
- Willingness to travel

Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
