Electrician - Level 2
As an Electrician - Level 2 here at Solstice, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. You will ensure that all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards, and you will troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to maintain operational efficiency.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and safety of our electrical systems, ensuring that all installations and repairs are performed to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to minimizing downtime and maintaining the reliability of our electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare material receiving documents and project handover documentation.
- Prepare operational documents and register all documents within the document control system.
- Monitor document approvals, comments, and responses, and coordinate follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to collect and distribute project documents in a timely manner.
- Register incoming and outgoing documents, track document revisions, and maintain accurate and up-to-date document logs.
- Manage and control all project documents, including Method Statements, technical reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper document numbering, version control, filing, and distribution in compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Support document submissions to technical teams and site personnel in accordance with approval workflows and project timelines.
- Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems to ensure traceability and ease of document retrieval.
- Completed Vocational Certificate or Higher Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related industrial fields.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in industrial factories or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in maintenance work and/or machinery control systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of PLC systems, pneumatics and related industrial automation equipment.
- Experience or basic knowledge in Vision Systems and Robotics will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Able to work in shifts and participate in rotational shift schedules in accordance with company requirements.
