Accountabilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert across blockchain infrastructure solutions, including wallet technology, staking, node infrastructure, and API platforms.
- Partner with sales executives and account teams throughout enterprise sales cycles by providing technical guidance, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations.
- Understand customer business requirements, technical environments, and workflows to design tailored solutions that maximize business value.
- Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-value engagements, and implementation discussions with enterprise prospects and customers.
- Support strategic customer growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for expanded product adoption and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and improve solution capabilities.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, best-practice guides, and enablement materials to support customer success and internal teams.
- Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to audiences ranging from engineering teams to senior executives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars to share technical expertise and strengthen market presence.
- Stay current with blockchain infrastructure trends, security practices, and enterprise adoption patterns.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles through technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-value demonstrations, and evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of software development languages such as TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Experience working with blockchain development frameworks, SDKs, and cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Understanding of institutional digital asset environments, including security, operational, and compliance requirements for financial institutions.
- Experience working with large, security-conscious enterprises such as banks, asset managers, or regulated organizations.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and integration patterns, including API authentication, secure deployment models, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 expectations.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience creating technical documentation and architecture materials.
- Familiarity with digital asset custody, key management, cryptographic security, MPC, HSMs, and multi-signature architectures is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of staking mechanisms, blockchain APIs, and node infrastructure across networks such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $190,000 – $225,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
