We're looking for an Augmented Reality (AR) Business Product Manager to join Snap Inc. As an AR Business Product Manager, you will drive the product vision to dramatically increase our range of AR’s problem saving potential and unlock the potential of our camera business. You’ll own AR Business products, working closely with our best-in-class AR and Business teams to envision and build the next generation of AR products. You will create new experiences that will double down on improvements to existing experiences, starting with shopping and expanding to other new verticals. 

What you’ll do:

  • Be a product leader in your area by deeply understanding the needs of our customers and developing a strong product vision and strategy around the future of AR Business opportunities at Snapchat

  • Define and own product goals and success metrics, from Beta through GA and ongoing performance

  • Partner with designers, engineers, and data scientists to build technology, systems, and products that redefine how users seamlessly interact with Snapchat

  • Drive strategic product decisions via evaluation of market and analysis of AR & related products

  • Execute throughout the product development process by gathering and defining requirements, writing specs, creating wireframes and workflows, running user studies, conducting AB tests, and coordinating marketing and other launch plans

  • Build alignment across the company on your vision, including leadership and executives 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking

  • Independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes

  • Ability to perform product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, Minitab, or SPSS

  • A team player who can collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of practical experience 

  • 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer technology company; or a Masters and 3+ years of relevant experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product management or product marketing experience at a consumer or enterprise technology company working on AR/VR or related technology

  • Additional experience in technology strategy (at a large tech company, investment bank, or management consulting firm), particularly in product, business, or financial analysis

  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $209,000-$313,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $199,000-$297,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $178,000-$266,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
