You will serve as the first point of contact for our employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues as well as support for events. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy problem solver looking to grow their career in a hands-on IT environment.  This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 2, 2026. Moody Center has recently been named the Arena of the Year by Pollstar and by the Academy of Country Music.  Responsibilities IT Support: Provide Tier 1 technical support to on-site employees, diagnosing and resolving desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.Hardware & Software Setup: Configure, deploy, and update computer systems using standard company imaging and provisioning processes.Network Troubleshooting: Assist users with basic network connectivity issues, VPN setup, and Wi-Fi configurations.Collaboration: Escalate complex, unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 support teams or vendors as necessary.Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, days, evenings, holidays, and extended (long) workdays for an extended number of days as needed.Frequent bending, carrying, moving, climbing, working from various heights, lifting 50+ pounds, sitting, exposure to moderate to loud noises, and extensive walking through the building.
