Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consulting

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and implement D365 SCM modules based on business needs.
• Recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft standard functionality.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end SCM module implementation activities.
• Configure business processes, workflows, and master data.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Testing & Support

• Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users.
• Support production deployments and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops and status meetings.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for supply chain process improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Expertise in supply chain business processes and ERP implementations.
• Functional configuration experience in D365 SCM modules.
• Experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
• Knowledge of: Business Process Mapping UAT & SIT Testing Security Roles & Permissions Data Migration Validation Reporting & Analytics
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
