This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable and efficient applications are central to daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify. - Experience in automating business processes using Worksoft Certify tools. - Ability to design and implement test automation scripts to validate application functionality. - Familiarity with integrating automated tests into continuous integration and deployment pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application-related challenges. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
