Accountabilities:
- Build and lead an AI-powered creative production pipeline that transforms concepts into scalable, channel-specific assets ready for testing and optimization.
- Establish and maintain the creative standard across paid media, lifecycle marketing, organic social, and brand initiatives, ensuring every asset meets a high quality bar.
- Use experimentation and performance data to evaluate creative effectiveness, identify winning concepts, and connect marketing output to revenue outcomes.
- Develop repeatable AI workflows and tools that improve creative velocity while preserving originality, strategic thinking, and human decision-making.
- Partner closely with marketing, design, product, and brand stakeholders to align creative direction with business goals and customer needs.
- Build and develop a high-performing creative function by hiring, mentoring, and managing internal talent, freelancers, and external partners as needed.
- Provide strategic creative guidance across campaigns, including art direction, copy development, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture where iteration, experimentation, and insights drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a creative director, marketing creative leader, or similar role within a performance-driven marketing environment.
- Strong expertise with AI creative and copywriting tools, with experience building repeatable workflows rather than relying on one-off solutions.
- Ability to define and maintain a strong creative vision while adapting execution across different formats and channels.
- Demonstrated experience connecting creative work to measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, conversion, engagement, or brand impact.
- Strong understanding of paid marketing, lifecycle campaigns, organic channels, and performance optimization.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing creative talent while building efficient and collaborative teams.
- Strong art direction and copywriting capabilities, with the ability to guide or execute across both disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain creative rationale, collaborate with stakeholders, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and speed of execution is critical.
- Strategic thinker with strong judgment who can identify what ideas are worth testing and why.
- Competitive total cash compensation ranging from $175,000 to $225,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
