Hilton Waikoloa Village is located on the sunny, scenic Kohala Coast, our oceanfront resort offers a taste of the island life full of culture, poolside relaxation, and a chance to meet marine wildlife up close. The hotel sits on 62 acres, has 640+ hotel rooms and over 241,000 square feet of event space.
This role is ONSITE.
Salary range $90,000 - $110,000 plus sign on bonus and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Hilton offers the best in-market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings. The quarterly incentive may have multiple individually weighted objectives, meaning multiple opportunities to earn a payout.
Ideal candidates for this role will possess:
Two (2) years of big box hotel sales experience.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Knowledge of Hilton Waikoloa Village, or the Hawaiian Islands is highly preferred.
Resort selling background.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals
- Build and maintain client relationships: Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability
- Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals
- Lead end-to-end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue
- Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
