HSE Supervisor - Data Center

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for Data Center and industrial construction projects in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with local regulations and client HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain project HSE plans, procedures, and safety management systems
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and monitor contractor safety compliance
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor safety regulations and client-specific HSE requirements
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and HSE training programs
• Perform risk assessments, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and incident investigations
• Monitor high-risk activities including hot works, lifting operations, confined space entry, and work at height
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and emergency drills
• Maintain HSE reports, incident records, statistics, and corrective action tracking
• Ensure proper PPE usage and safety equipment compliance on site
• Work closely with construction teams to promote proactive safety culture and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction, industrial, or Data Center projects
• Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
• English communication skills are preferred
• Occupational Safety Training Group 2 Certificate (Chứng nhận ATVSLĐ Nhóm 2)
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certifications preferred
• First Aid & Fire Fighting Training Certificates
• Environmental and Waste Management training is an advantage
