Onsite Sales Associate-- Staples Promotional Products

What you will be doing: 

• Deliver exceptional customer service within an onsite company store located at Nvidia, Santa Clara, CA
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems 
• Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring product accuracy within the system 
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution 
• Monitor and balance daily cash flow, reconcile POS systems, and complete required bank deposits 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and backroom 
• Support store operations including opening/closing, phone sales, and customer inquiries 
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods and handling physical inventory (lifting 25+ lbs, ladder use, pallet breakdown)

• Comfort working with POS systems, inventory tools, and standard business software 

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications: 

• 1+ years of related experience (1–2 years preferred) 
• 1+ year of retail experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in onsite retail, onsite customer service, or company store environments
