What you’ll do
- Own the execution of specific program workstreams, from defining requirements with stakeholders to ensuring successful delivery and rollout.
- Maintain detailed program plans, ensuring that milestones are met and that all operational documentation is kept up to date.
- Identify and track cross-functional dependencies, proactively flagging potential risks to program timelines.
- Help design and implement program workflows that improve the efficiency of team operations and organizational reliability.
- Champion established standards and program management best practices within your assigned workstreams.
- Use data to monitor program health, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks and improve team workflows using modern program management tooling.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or a related operational role.
- Proven ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
- Foundational understanding of the program lifecycle and the ability to organize complex requirements into structured plans.
- Experience using program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or equivalent) to track progress and report metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to project stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
