As a Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate a team of field service technicians to ensure timely and effective delivery service to our customers. You will play a key role in managing daily operations, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. 

You will report directly to our Field Service Leader, out of our Des Plaines, IL location working primarily in Milwaukee, WI on a Hybrid work schedule. 

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of field service operations, directly contributing to customer loyalty and operational excellence. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of field service technicians to meet service level agreements and customer expectations. 
  • Manage scheduling and dispatching of field service personnel to optimize coverage and response times. 
  • Monitor field service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. 
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the field service team to resolve complex issues. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

The salary range for this position is ($87,200.00 - $99,000.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE 

  • Proven experience in field service supervision or a similar role with strong operational management skills. 
  • In-depth knowledge of field service processes, scheduling, and performance monitoring. 
  • Proficiency in using field service management software and tools to optimize technician deployment and track service metrics. 
  • Technical expertise relevant to building automation systems and service technologies. 
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery.
