We're scaling our outbound sales engine and looking for someone with real outbound experience to help drive it.The RoleYou'll run outbound sales to prospective domain buyers: building target lists, personalizing outreach at scale, and managing a full pipeline from first email to handoff. You'll also help with outbound to tech platforms and startups as we grow our partnership channel.What You'll DoRun outbound email campaigns to prospective buyers, personalized to each accountBuild and manage target lists and contact data in our CRMResearch and identify the right decision-makers at target companiesUse AI tools to speed up research, writing, and prioritizationTrack replies and follow-ups, keep the pipeline cleanHand off qualified conversations to the right sales leadWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree3+ years in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or a similar high-volume outreach role at a tech company or startupProven experience with outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar)Strong writing — you can personalize at scale without sounding templatedComfortable using AI tools daily to work fasterSelf-directed, organized, and able to manage a high-volume pipeline independentlyWhy This RoleOwn the top of the funnel and see your outreach turn into real dealsDirect exposure to founders and high-value transactionsPath to Account Management, Partnerships, or Sales leadershipCompensation & BenefitsSalary plus bonus, no commission structure. 401(k), health, dental, vision, PTO.
