This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant customer billing through effective end-to-end coordination of the revenue assurance lifecycle.The successful candidate will drive the quality and timeliness of monthly quantity submissions, maintain data integrity across systems, provide actionable consumption insights, and strengthen governance across Service Towers, Marketplace, Finance, Billing, and Transformation teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and can translate data into meaningful commercial insights that support business decisions and customer conversations.What you’ll do Own and govern the end-to-end transfer, validation, and integrity of P*Q data across Marketplace, Finance, and Billing systems, ensuring billing readiness and compliance with governance controls.Act as the primary point of contact between Service Towers, Marketplace, Finance, Billing teams, and Portfolio Leads to ensure alignment on:Consumption performanceVariance against budget and forecastData quality risks and issuesFinancial and operational impactsEstablish and facilitate regular stakeholder engagement forums to review insights, address risks, and align on priorities and actions.Deliver monthly consumption reporting and insight, including:Variance analysis (e.g. DB vs RF)Trend analysisIdentification of data quality and performance issuesOwn the adoption and enablement of consumption reporting by:Delivering training sessions, walkthroughs, and onboarding supportManaging user access requests and permissionsExplaining reporting methodologies, metrics, and business logicSupporting users to derive actionable insights from dataCommunicating the business value of consumption reportingActing as the Subject Matter Expert for reporting-related queriesDrive proactive monthly quantity (Q) collection across Service Towers, ensuring adherence to timelines, approval readiness, risk identification, and issue mitigation.Lead end-to-end cross-functional issue management through:Issue logging and trackingTriage and impact assessmentOwnership assignment and coordinationResolution planning and executionGovernance reporting and audit trail maintenanceClosure management and stakeholder communicationPartner closely with Transformation teams to identify process improvements,...
