What you will do:
- To achieve forecast sales target, profit margin and on time delivery.
- To gain feedback regularly from customers and maintain good relationship.
How you will do it:
- To handle customers’ inquiry effectively in a timely manner.
- To work closely with customers to win projects.
- To feedback to other departments on customers’ comments for improvement.
- To ensure effective communication with other departments (including Production and Material Control Department) for on time and accurate delivery of finished goods to customer.
- To perform sales order entering to SAP / ERP system , printing D/O and Invoice.
- To prepare delivery plan.
- Safe keep all sale order files according the duration of SOPP requirement
- To organize and offer excellent service during customers’ visit to the factory (arrange logistics, factory tour, presentation material etc.).
- To manage customer orders effectively to ensure success in meeting customer expectations.
- To provide effective and excellence customer support.
- To uphold safety values, perform work activities in a safe manner and adhere to the responsibilities outlined in “Our Safety Commitment” statement.
- Any other roles & responsibilities assigned by the superior.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Basic understanding on SAP ERP system.
- HVAC knowledge.
- Basic knowledge on logistics (ocean shipment, airfreight, bonded warehousing, container language/types, customs & relevant authorities’ documentation e.g. CJ5 etc) is critical for buyers handling overseas items (import and export).
- Basic skills in Windows Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
