Provides evaluation, care and treatment of patients with physical disabilities and pain within the scope of practice as a licensed Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist participates in an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement therapeutic interventions and instructional programs pertinent to physical therapy. Demonstrates knowledge and good skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; from an accredited university.
- Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year acute and rehabilitation procedures experience.
