Data Center Talent Operations and Workforce Coordination
The Talent Operations and Workforce Coordination role is an individual contributor position responsible for strengthening operational rigor, workforce visibility, and execution discipline across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data center construction programs. This role serves as a key operational enabler for construction leadership, supporting hiring managers and cross-functional teams through workforce planning, governance, organizational coordination, and talent lifecycle execution. The position drives workforce readiness by facilitating hiring operations, headcount tracking, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure teams are appropriately staffed and operationally prepared to meet business objectives. Working across Talent Acquisition, HR, business leadership, and program teams, the role helps optimize workforce processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain organizational continuity within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role is internal-facing, focused on enabling leadership effectiveness and improving decision-making across large, complex delivery portfolios.
Partner with OCI Construction, Delivery, and Operations leadership to drive organizational planning, workforce execution, and operational performance across global data center construction programs.
Lead workforce governance activities including headcount forecasting, PIN management, hiring prioritization, organizational changes, and staffing reviews in partnership with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.
Establish and manage standardized operational processes, reporting cadences, dashboards, and metrics to provide executive visibility into hiring progress, workforce capacity, staffing trends, operational risks, and execution performance.
Coordinate cross-functional workforce and operational initiatives with OCI Business Operations to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, organizational readiness, and long-term growth objectives.
Identify workforce risks, resource constraints, process inefficiencies, and execution gaps, proactively driving continuous improvement and scalable operational solutions.
Support executive leadership operations including workforce logistics, contractor coordination, relocation tracking, planning activities, and special strategic initiatives including annual goal setting and annual review cycles.
Maintain workforce data integrity and reporting accuracy across internal systems, planning tools, and operational tracking mechanisms.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $64,400 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
