Overview

Position Summary: 

Functions in the specified nursing specialty as a practitioner, mentor, educator and leader.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Must be a registered nurse in the State of Illinois. 
  • Board State or National certification is required. 
  • Graduate of a masters program in nursing preferred. 
  • Nurses who are currently pursuing a BSN may be considered if acceptable to associated colleges.
  • One-on-one care training required.

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Demonstrates effectiveness in the practitioner role, excellent interpersonal skills and relationships.

Responsibilities

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
