We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead with strong operational experience to lead our warehouse and fleet operations in the city.What you'll own:Warehouse Operations: oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swappingInventory Management :manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levelsTeam Leadership:manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and trainingProcess & SOPs: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality3PL & Vendor Coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners and external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed proceduresHealth & Safety: ensure full compliance with safety regulations, mandatory training, and incident management processesFleet Support: support van operations, including tracking device installation/removalWhat you'll need:2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations managementExperience managing and developing a teamStrong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory/stock levelsFull Italian driving licence (occasional van driving required)Fluent English; comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, G Suite)Job conditions:Contract: 12-month fixed-termSchedule: 5 days/7, day shift, weekly rotation (occasional weekends)WHY VOI?Working at Voi is more than just a job; Our People Promise includes a personal Voiage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society....
