Your New Role:
The Senior, Content Library Technology and Quality Assurance supports the day-to-day conform and rejection workflows that keep the CLaW function running across Burbank, Hyderabad, and Mexico City. Working under the direction of the Supervisor, this role carries out assigned workflow tasks, processes and resolves rejections, and helps uphold the team's performance and quality standards. The Specialist applies hands-on technical expertise in conform and rejections operations, performs first-line troubleshooting, and escalates complex or higher-risk issues to the Supervisor. This is a granular, execution-focused role that supports the same goals as the broader team while building deepening subject-matter expertise.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Execute daily conform and rejection workflow tasks to meet assigned schedules, performance targets, and quality standards.
- Apply hands-on subject-matter expertise in conform, delivery, and rejections to process work accurately and efficiently.
- Follow approved policies and work plans set by the Supervisor, and surface ideas for improvement.
- Perform first-line troubleshooting of rejections and related technical issues, escalating complex cases to the Supervisor.
- Adhere to internal and external SLAs around workflow optimization and rejections processing.
- Provide input in team and working meetings on workflow issues and day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- 3+ years of experience in media operations, content workflows, or quality assurance.
- Strong technical knowledge of conform and media asset workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical video/audio/timed text issues.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
The Shift for this role will be Rotational. 7:00 am - 3:00 pm IST or 3:00 pm-11:00 pm IST
