Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for core privacy-focused products, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics while ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Partner with engineering, design, user insights, and data teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve user trust, adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Own and evolve product areas used by large-scale user bases, ensuring high-quality delivery from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging experiments, user feedback, and performance analytics to refine product direction and improve outcomes.
- Coach and mentor product managers and cross-functional partners, raising the overall bar for product thinking, execution, and communication.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex topics such as privacy, security, and AI into simple, usable product solutions.
- Contribute to company-level product strategy, helping define long-term direction and ensuring consistency across multiple product surfaces.
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles such as Director, Head of Product, or Principal Product leadership positions.
- Proven experience leading products with large, diverse user bases (500k+ weekly active users) from concept through launch and iteration.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to align engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders around shared outcomes.
- Deep experience using data, experimentation, and user research to guide product decisions and validate hypotheses.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences through clear written and verbal storytelling.
- Strong product intuition with a track record of delivering high-quality user experiences in complex or technical domains.
- Ability to translate complex topics such as privacy, security, or AI systems into simple, user-friendly product experiences.
- Annual compensation of approximately $243,800 USD plus equity
