Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while participating in problem solving discussions. Beginner proficiency in COBOL is required. Beginner proficiency in Software Engineering is recommended.
Follow established processes to complete assigned development tasks with attention to quality and detail.
Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to solution design.
Identify and report common issues while seeking guidance to resolve them effectively.
Contribute to team discussions by sharing observations and learning from feedback.
Maintain clear and organized documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
