职位概览
The Ops Excellence engineer will lead 5S & OC CoE, support PM, E&T, CM, and safety CoEs, drive NOS implementation to increase OpEx maturity, and build plant NOS capabilities with NOS team and all employees.

Adapt global standards to create local procedures, standards, or training materials as needed
Conduct NOS trainings and coaching
Hands on improvement projects
Plan, track and assess 5S/OC/PM/E&T/CM/Safety progress
Communication, Coordination etc.
Requirements
Experience
- Bachelor or above.
- Major in Science and Engineering is preferred.
- Manufacturing site internship or working experience
- Experience of delivering training sessions
- Experience of handling high pressure and actively leading specific projects or assignments
- Experience of successfully handling conflicts and persuading others
- Experience of self-learning
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal
- Good MS Office Skills.
- Good data analysis and report.
- Good logical thinking and learning capability.
- Result driver and good team player.
