Accountabilities:

    The professional will be responsible for managing product evolution, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business priorities, legal requirements, and development execution. The role involves:

    • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, balancing regulatory requirements, bug fixes, improvements, and long-term product evolution.
    • Translating changes in labor legislation into clear requirements and actionable solutions for development teams.
    • Writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting technical teams throughout delivery.
    • Facilitating refinement sessions and ensuring development teams have the necessary context to build effective solutions.
    • Collaborating with support, customer success, operations, and other stakeholders to define priorities and maximize product value.
    • Acting as a bridge between customers, business areas, and technology teams, transforming needs into product improvements.
    • Identifying customer opportunities and validating initiatives for continuous product enhancement.
    • Monitoring product indicators and using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has experience in digital product management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Required qualifications include:

      • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar product-related roles.
      • Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or similar approaches.
      • Proven ability to write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
      • Ability to transform customer needs and regulatory changes into product opportunities.
      • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
      • Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
      • Analytical mindset, strong organization skills, and effective communication with technical and business teams.
      • Higher education or technical degree in a related field.
      • Differentiators:

        • Knowledge of payroll processes, HR administration, eSocial, FGTS Digital, EFD-Reinf, and other labor obligations.
        • Experience with ERP, accounting software, or business management platforms.
        • Experience working with evolving legacy products.
