How you create impact
Process Analysis & Improvement
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap assessments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into automation solutions.
Establish and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and solution designs.
Automation Solution Design & Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, VBA, and API integrations.
Develop scalable and sustainable automation frameworks that support business growth.
Integrate multiple systems and data sources to eliminate manual activities.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing automation solutions.
Ensure automation solutions comply with company standards, governance, and security requirements.
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Lead automation projects from requirement gathering through implementation and hypercare support.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Work closely with business users, IT teams, and management stakeholders.
Conduct UAT support, user training, and solution handover activities.
Monitor automation performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
What we would like you to bring
Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shared Service, Operations, or Business Process environments.
Experience with Power Platform, SQL, Python, or other automation technologies.
Experience managing end-to-end automation projects.
Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, UAT, SIT, and Hypercare methodologies.
Certification in UiPath, Lean Six Sigma, or Process Improvement is an advantage.
