Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an Executive Meeting Manager, you’re not just securing and coordinating group event bookings – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Drive group sales: Respond to incoming inquiries and secure sales for meetings and group accommodations of 10–50 rooms, including meeting space, food & beverage, and ancillary services
- Generate new leads: Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound efforts, proposal writing, and tailored sales strategies
- Promote the property: Conduct engaging site inspections and hotel tours, highlighting key spaces and services that align with client needs
- Negotiate and close contracts: Use discretion and authority to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients and vendors
- Manage client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact from contract to event execution, coordinating group details including room blocks, F&B, billing, performance clauses, and affiliate revenue opportunities
- Manage event documentation: Prepare and distribute key documents—including group resumes, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), post-event reports, and pick-up reports—to internal stakeholders and clients to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the planning process
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service
