Accountabilities:
- Partner with teams across the organization to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
- Design, build, and deploy reusable AI skills, agents, and automation workflows that drive measurable improvements.
- Redesign processes around AI capabilities rather than simply adding AI tools to existing workflows.
- Develop enablement strategies and support internal AI champions to maintain and expand successful solutions.
- Create reusable frameworks, templates, documentation, and best practices that allow AI adoption to scale.
- Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure AI workflows follow data-handling and governance standards.
- Track adoption metrics, productivity improvements, and business impact to determine which initiatives should scale or be retired.
- Operate as a strategic partner across departments, helping teams transition from AI experimentation to sustainable implementation.
- 5–8 years of experience identifying operational challenges and delivering technology-driven solutions, including automation, AI workflows, or internal tools.
- Strong understanding of workflow and process design, with the ability to analyze complex operations and redesign them for improved efficiency.
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI workflows, agents, automation solutions, or comparable AI-powered tools.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams while also engaging non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence teams and encourage adoption of new technologies.
- Experience creating scalable systems, frameworks, enablement programs, or operational playbooks.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments where processes are still evolving.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a preference for reusable solutions over one-off fixes.
- Experience building AI enablement programs, centers of excellence, or internal champion networks.
- Familiarity with AI governance principles, including security reviews, data classification, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Experience working with AI-native organizations or advanced software environments.
- Background in product operations, engineering operations, or research and development environments.
