Accountabilities:

    • Manage end-to-end transcreation and localization projects across digital, social media, website, and print assets, ensuring delivery aligned with briefs and timelines.
    • Submit, track, and authorize translation and localization tasks, coordinating outputs across multiple platforms and project phases.
    • Perform quality assurance checks before and after localization to ensure linguistic accuracy, contextual relevance, and technical correctness.
    • Monitor project timelines closely, proactively identifying risks, delays, and changes, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders, copywriters, validators, and production teams to resolve queries and ensure alignment.
    • Manage external vendors and language service providers, maintaining clear communication and tracking deliverables and revisions.
    • Generate regular project reports, track campaign status, and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, issues, and outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • Minimum 3 years of experience in localization, transcreation, or digital project management from briefing through to final delivery.
      • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency across multiple assets and markets.
      • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Trello or similar platforms.
      • Familiarity with localization platforms and translation management systems (e.g., Smartling or other CAT tools).
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments.
      • Good understanding of project administration, including timelines, estimations, budgeting, and invoicing (a plus).
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams.
