Accountabilities:

    The MDR Operations Performance Analyst will analyze operational performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and support the evolution of security operations through measurable insights. Key responsibilities include:

    • Working closely with security operations teams and leaders to understand workflows, challenges, and evolving service delivery needs.
    • Analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Translating customer experience insights into actionable recommendations related to processes, training, documentation, and service quality.
    • Evaluating end-to-end workflows to identify cross-functional gaps and optimize operational effectiveness.
    • Tracking and validating the impact of improvement initiatives through measurable performance outcomes.
    • Defining, refining, and monitoring performance metrics aligned with customer experience, quality, and operational objectives.
    • Conducting root cause analysis to investigate performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
    • Identifying emerging risks and trends to enable proactive intervention and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to assess change impacts, readiness requirements, and operational improvements.
    • Developing and updating policies, procedures, guidelines, and operational documentation.
    • Integrating AI tools into performance analysis workflows to improve efficiency, data interpretation, and decision-making.
    • Creating clear reports, presentations, and recommendations tailored to technical and leadership audiences.
    • Supporting the ongoing maturity and improvement of quality assurance programs.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines cybersecurity operations experience with strong analytical and communication skills to improve service performance and operational outcomes. Required qualifications and skills include:

      • Previous experience working in Security Operations, particularly within MSSP or MDR environments.
      • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in security analysis, SOC leadership, operational reporting, or related roles.
      • Strong ability to analyze complex, disconnected data sources and transform findings into actionable insights.
      • Experience developing performance metrics and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or similar platforms.
      • Practical understanding of AI tools such as Copilot, GPT, or comparable solutions, including their capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use.
      • Experience applying AI tools to analyze data, identify insights, and improve operational workflows.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
