**Role Title: Senior Data Analyst**
**Contract Type: 40 hours per week (12 Month Contract)**

Dolby is seeking a highly analytical, business-focused, and technically skilled
**Senior Data Analyst**
to drive our organization's data, analytics, and AI initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development of enterprise analytics solutions, enable self-service reporting, and help modernize decision-making through advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and workflow automation.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in
**Tableau, Databricks, SQL, and modern analytics platforms**
with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders. This individual will play a key role in embedding analytics into everyday workflows through AI, automation, and Slack-based reporting experiences, delivering measurable impact across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Tableau Analytics & Reporting**
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.
- Define and enforce Tableau governance, data quality standards, and dashboard development best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to establish KPIs, metrics, and data-driven reporting frameworks.
- Drive Tableau adoption through user training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Continuously optimize dashboard performance, usability, and business impact.
**Databricks & Data Engineering**
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources to create unified analytical datasets.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, consistency, and reliability across systems.
- Support analytics and AI initiatives by developing robust and scalable data foundations.
**AI, Advanced Analytics & Automation**
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to improve business outcomes.
- Develop and operationalize AI-driven insights using platforms such as Tableau Pulse, Salesforce AI, or similar technologies.
- Design and support agentic AI workflows that automate data preparation, analysis, and insight generation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical, business-focused use cases.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
**Slack & Workflow Enablement**
- Develop Slack-based analytics experiences, including automated reporting, alerts, and real-time insights.
- Create workflow automations and integrations that embed analytics directly into business processes.
- Enable proactive and data-driven decision-making through automated notifications and recommendations.
- Establish Slack as a central analytics and collaboration platform for key stakeholders.
**Business Partnership & Strategic Analysis**
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand priorities and deliver impactful data solutions.
- Conduct analyses to identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Present insights, findings, and recommendations to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on data strategy, analytics enablement, and AI adoption.
**Required Qualifications**
- 3–7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Advanced expertise with
**Tableau**
, including dashboard development, data modeling, governance, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in
**SQL**
and experience working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with
**Databricks**
, Spark, or cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics solutions such as Tableau Pulse, Tableau Next, Salesforce AI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-agent systems.
- Experience building Slack integrations, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM analytics, Customer 360, or related platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, MLOps, or data science workflows.
- Experience in enterprise-scale analytics environments.
