Job Summary
As a manager in resources practice, you will work with leading organizations to reimagine and transform their supply chains for the future, driving measurable business value, operational resilience, and sustainable growth.
You will act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on transformation leader, partnering with senior client stakeholders to define supply chain vision, shape actionable roadmaps, and deliver transformation initiatives that address long-term strategic priorities as well as near-term operational challenges.
This role offers the opportunity to work across core process industries, with a particular focus on Metals, Chemicals, Cement, and Oil & Gas, helping clients unlock value through strategy, operating model design, digital enablement, and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain transformation programs, balancing strategic design with practical, outcome-focused execution.
- Define supply chain strategies, operating models, and digital transformation roadmaps aligned to client business objectives across Metals, Chemicals, Cement, and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Identify and shape opportunities for value creation across cost optimization, service improvement, risk reduction, process excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with clients to define transformation priorities, articulate the innovation agenda, and establish trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to build strong working relationships, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business development opportunities and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale supply chain programs.
- Lead business assessments, capability diagnostics, and transformation roadmaps; advise clients on supply chain functionality, emerging capabilities, and implementation options to address business challenges.
- Coach and develop project teams across key activities including current-state assessment, maturity diagnostics, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, business case development, roadmap creation, and implementation planning.
- Mobilize the right teams, capabilities, and expertise to enable successful transformation outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of market-relevant points of view, thought leadership, and assets that strengthen Accenture’s position in the supply chain transformation space.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Rich experience in process industries preferably across Metals, Chemicals, Cement, and Oil & Gas, with strong supply chain domain expertise and experience working with clients in the Indian market.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships, including engagement with C-suite stakeholders or equivalent senior leadership roles in industry.
- 10–12 years of experience across consulting, supply chain transformation, and/or account management; domestic consulting experience is preferred.
- Strong program management capabilities, including project planning, budget management, stakeholder communication, decision-making, issue resolution, and delivery governance.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and translate strategy into practical, value-driven outcomes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and dynamic environments, with a strong client-service mindset.

Experience & Educational Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant supply chain experience
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE / MBA master’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management preferred
