Accountabilities:
- Support the day-to-day management of a large regional program portfolio, including engineering, construction management, installation, testing, logistics, and technical service activities.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project managers, field managers, engineers, construction teams, and technical personnel.
- Establish performance expectations and ensure teams consistently meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and contractual objectives.
- Engage directly with executive-level customers and senior stakeholders to communicate program status, resolve challenges, and maintain strong relationships.
- Represent the organization with clients, partners, subcontractors, and external stakeholders throughout program execution.
- Drive consistent application of project management processes, governance frameworks, reporting standards, and quality procedures.
- Support workforce planning, resource forecasting, staffing strategies, and team development initiatives.
- Assist with incoming work requests by defining execution approaches, developing implementation strategies, and supporting budget and schedule planning.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, address issues, and implement improvement strategies to strengthen delivery outcomes.
- Support risk management, quality control, and compliance activities aligned with organizational standards and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, construction, commissioning, and operational teams.
- Track major milestones, critical issues, and performance indicators while providing executive-level reporting.
- Promote continuous improvement, technical excellence, and customer-focused execution across the program portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, engineering, business, or management discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 15+ years of related work experience with significant program or project management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving engineering, construction, installation, logistics, or infrastructure delivery.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive accountability across diverse technical functions.
- Experience managing large-scale portfolios with significant operational, financial, and schedule responsibility.
- Strong understanding of program management principles, including planning, execution, risk management, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
- Experience working with government, aviation, infrastructure, or similarly regulated customers preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Ability to analyze complex challenges, develop solutions, and drive successful outcomes in dynamic environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with technical delivery environments involving engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, or operational transition activities.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $148,300 - $266,900 annually.
